Matt Endriss, Executive Director

Matt Endriss is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership experience, primarily in the Lumber and Building Materials (LBM) industry as well as in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG). He brings a strong track record of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and driving growth across competitive markets.
Matt currently serves as Executive Director of the West Coast Lumber and Building Materials Association, a role he has held for the past 1.5 years, where he leads with a focus on innovation and collaboration. Over the course of his career, Matt has held multiple senior executive roles, overseeing high-performing teams, scaling operations, and navigating complex business environments.
A proud graduate of Dominican University in San Rafael, California, Matt and his family reside in Novato, California, where they are active members of the community and enjoy vacationing in the Sierra Nevada.

Principal responsibilities include general accounting and bookkeeping functions of West Coast LBMA. She is the principal computer, network and website coordinator. She manages reporting for WCLBMA PAC. She also is staff liaison to the association’s Investment Committee.
